Donna is a wonderful communicator and makes sure you understand every step of the process. She always returns text and phone calls promptly. She's also just such a nice, easy person to work with. 10 out of 10 would recommend hiring her for your buying and selling needs!

Donna is the best. She cares about me as a person and always goes above and beyond to get me into the "just right" property. I wouldn't choose anyone else to meet my real estate needs.

Donna showed extreme customer service. She went above and beyond the expectaions of her job. She was always sincere and curtious. She made the search, and purchase of our home a wonderful experience. We are extremely happy that we worked with Donna.

Being a first time home buyer, Donna is a Godsend. The added communication and explanations needed by us was considerable to say the least. Donna not only didn't let anything fall thru the cracks but was preemptive in defining what stage we were in and what to expect next. She was never more than a phone call\text away.

Copying what I put on Facebook this morning: "Donna is the best realtor - she actually found my Johnson City rental condo for me in 2017 after we had sent her a couple of options she helped us immediately rule out (including a house that was only a steal because it had been hit by cars losing control around the curve it sat on multiple times - we had no idea!). It was a great investment, and she helped me again for my house purchase in Bristol and the sale of that same condo that just closed. I highly recommend her if you want someone with a real sense of what's available now and coming up soon.

Donna did a wonderful job selling our home. She was knowledgeable about the local market and priced our home well. She was always available when we needed her and very communicative and thorough with the entire selling process. I would highly recommend Donna to any of my friends or family.

This is the third time we have done business with Donna Sartin, and that alone, should be an indication of the excellent job she does. We bought a house in Gray with Donna (via FaceTime) when we relocated from Atlanta about 3 1/2 years ago. Donna sold that house for us in a record 4 DAYS! She helped us with the negotiations, making recommendations, based on her experience and knowledge of the market. She also guided us through the purchase of the house we currently live in, including connecting us with lenders and inspectors. Donna is everything you want your realtor to be - honest, trustworthy, dependable, very communicative, possesses great follow-up skills and excellent communication skills, provides solid guidance based on her many years of experience, has extensive knowledge of the area and the latest market trends, and I could go on and on. If you need to buy or sell a house, I strongly recommend Donna Sartin!!! Donna is simply the VERY BEST!

Donna was wonderful to work with. It was very obvious that she has been in real estate for many years with her knowledge of the market and local community. She was very attentive and timely in her communications with us and I never had to worry about anything during the buying process. I would definitely use Donna again and refer her to friends or family.

Thank you Donna for your help! We never could've done this without you! Your honesty, experience, and your kindness really made you the best pick for this task.
