Looking for a new home is never easy. Add in a crazy market and being from out of state, it only added that much more stress. However, Donna A Sartin was the absolute best to work with from the start! She listened to our needs and asked all the right questions to get our listing email set up. Then once we were in town, she dedicated all the time we needed and highlighted good and bad things about a house as well as local spots. Once we found something we liked, she fought for our interests and was able to get our bid accepted with all of our asks. She was highly accessible and her communication was great! Donna is the best! from the moment we met she was very friendly, reassuring and professional. Donna was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was definitely more interested in ensuring we were purchasing the home of our dreams than in her earning the commission. She took her time to show us several homes and shared information about the areas with us. This was particularly important to us since we were buying a home in another state from where we currently resided and didn't know the areas well. She came to our closing to ensure all went well and she has also checked on us several times since our closing to ensure everything was going well and if she could be of any additional service to us. Donnas is a true gem. I would say we lucked out that we just randomly were assigned to Donna but truly believe there was nothing random about it.
