Donna Bozza

If there was a better word than Awesome, we would say it a million times. As a first time home buyers, understanding all the technical stuff/ concept was very hard. But she made sure that we understood everything in the simplest of ways. She was always available to take our phone calls and really catered to our needs/ time. She is a great person to work with because she will put in 10000% of the effort and will get the answers she needs to make sure everything goes smoothly. We are so satisfied to have her on our side and cant wait to tell more people about her! She really made what was a dream into a reality and I know she’ll stay awesome to everyone she will work with. Lastly to all her future clients, you’ll never regret working with her because she's too awesome!

Donna Bozza was critical in enabling us to sell our home quickly and at a fair price. Her advice, knowledge of the community, market analysis and years of experience made the process easy to navigate, less stressful than it could have been, and successful. Donna was there for us every step of the way for the entire process and she was a joy to work with. I strongly recommend her and I am a very satisfied client!

Donna did an excellent job guiding us through the preparation of the property for sale. She was instrumental in having contacts for contractors to get a set of quotes, and discuss pro/con to use a particular service. She is very professional, which we appreciated a lot. Donna did a great job to recommend listing price window by showing us relevant current comps for us to pick a good starting price for the listing. The final timing for the listing, open houses, and offer acceptance produced a great outcome for us.
