Donna was very knowledgeable and showed a very good understanding of the market not only in Ankeny but in Des Moines also. We were very pleased with her assistance.

This is the 2nd time we have worked with Donna! She was great both times!! Answered every question we had. Even had great ideas & suggestions! If we ever move again she will be the first & only realtor we would call. She's very trust worthy & accurate in her work. She goes the extra mile for her clients. Needless to say she's the best!!

Donna Meador is incredibly trustworthy, knowledgeable, and dedicated. She goes above and beyond for her clients, making the entire buying or selling process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Donna was helpful and communicated well and kept us well informed on the process of selling. We appreciated her knowledge of the Maplewood community, and would highly recommend her to family and friends.

I had no intention of moving. My son nagged me enough that I finally agreed to meet with Donna and her partner and husband Roy. We had lunch for an hour. They asked me what I wanted in a home. They asked if I would see a property they had. I agreed. Half an hour later, I bought it. We live here now and are incredibly happy. But, having bought a new home, I had to sell my existing property. Donna sold it so quickly that I still have not processed everything. Donna listened to me so well, I bought the first place she showed me because it met every criteria I had mentioned. The sale went so fast because Donna facilitated every aspect. The prior home sold quickly because Donna told me what people wanted and expected. Donna took such amazing photos that the house almost sold itself. Donna hosted open houses. Donna kept me informed at every stage. When a few problems threatened the buyer's purchase of my prior home, Donna swiftly advised me as to what to do to make it all ok.

We found Donna Meador to be an honest and trustworthy agent. She helped us find a trustworthy banker to set up our mortgage and helped us and the seller to have a very smooth transition with no problems. We knew what we were looking for in a home and Donna was most helpful in making that possible in a very short time. Thank you Donna!

Donna is wonderful to work with and works hard for her clients. We've used her to buy and sell a few properties, and get the same great service consistently. Highly recommend!

Whether buying or selling, Donna is fantastic to work with! She put a lot of effort into finding the property that was perfect for us! It wasn't just about a sale; she genuinely wanted us to be happy! Once we found our new place, she worked hard to sell our current home. She is very efficient, knowledgeable, caring, and is always looking out for her client's best interest. I highly recommend!
