Again, her pleasant manner and helpfulness went above and beyond. Excellent, excellent! Very positive experience. I was very impressed with Donna's helpfulness and willingness to go "the extra mile" to help with everything. She was especially knowledgeable about the condo and the Ankeny area. Very positive experience. Century 21 should be very proud to have a person like Donna representing them.

Donna helped us find the condo that was perfect for us and she was very patient with us. She helped us through the confusing paperwork and made the purchase experience easier for us to understand.

She responded immediately to all calls, texts, emails. She always kept us in the loop and because of her being "on the ball" and communicating so well, we trusted that she was doing her side of things and we didn't have to worry about checking up on her. She spoke to all of our neighbors and drove around the area to get a feel for our community and neighborhood before we went to each open house, very impressed with her dedication. I loved working with Donna and loved how she negotiated terms. If you need a "bulldog" to make your dreams come true, you can count on her :)
