Donna was an excellent agent in finding properties in our price range, identifying potential problems, and finding a suitable property for us.

Having previously sold a few properties in the past and dealing with other Real Estate Agents over the years, I decided for this sale to interview multiple agents. Donna Meador's professionism in her initial contact with us, and her follow up presentation in what she would do to sell our property, sold us on selecting her team as our Agent. And she greatly EXCEDED all expectations in delivery of her services to achieve our goal. We highly recomend Donna and will be using her team again.

Donna and Roy met with me laid out things that needed done before listing property. They gave me a value on property. I cleaned out possessions. Hired a crew to redo floors and painted bedroom. Hung new doors. Donna reevaluated property at 50,000 more than thought. listed it and begun open house procedures. We sold house 25,000 from beginning list. Sale was easily negotiated and I came out smiling, happy and able to feel like we honored my cousin with the sale of his house.

used donna before can count on her to get the job done

My mother used Donna Meador to both sell her home and buy a condo, and we were very satisfied with her service and especially her knowledge of older people moving, which helped us declutter before the move to a smaller space. When my mother subsequently died a year later, we used Donna again to sell the condo, with the same results. I would strongly recommend her services, particularly for older homeownders looking to downsize, and particularly in the condo market. I would not hesitate to hire her again.

I was able to contact Donna at anytime with a question or concern. She was able to show me the property in a half an hour from our first contact by phone. Donna really went the extra mile always explaining everything in very good detail. This was a huge move for me, I had been renting in Ankeny since October last year in a apartment. A recent move to the area with a new job, I had sold my home in northwest Iowa after 20 years. This has been a great move so many things I had enjoyed in my home I have again. Thanks to Donna it has been a life changing experience that has me 100% satisfied with a great future here in Ankeny. I can't thank her enough for her help and made a lasting friendship too.

Donna was in communication with us right from the beginning. She is extremely knowledgeable about the process and her advice to us was great and very much appreciated. I will recommend Donna to anyone I know who is house hunting or needing to sell their home!

Donna and Roy were very familiar with the type of property I desired. They knew price and timing were importantant for me and did thier best to make it happen. I am very satisfied.
