Doug Birkey was very professional and helpful. He was amenable to the price we wanted to start out with and he managed to get the showings as close together as he could, since we have dogs and we don’t have any place to take them. He did a great job with the negotiations and he managed to work out the details with the buyers so that we were able to reach compromises that suited us all.

We knew Doug was the right broker for us because he has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Knowing that Doug has many years of experience in construction put him at the top of our list in our search for a broker. We felt secure trusting him with our home search. After we started working with Doug in earnest, it became clear that his attention to detail and ability to clearly communicate answers to complicated questions were some of his best qualities. Doug was always professional, always accessible, and always enthusiastic about getting us into our home. We heartily recommend Doug Birkey to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Being first time home buyers, Doug made is so easy for us! He explained everything and made sure we understood before doing anything. He answered all our questions we had and always got back to us right away! He made our process so easy! We can’t thank him enough for helping us find our home.

Doug was great to work with and very much appreciated the way he listened to our needs and recommended various options. I also found Doug Birkey's knowledge of the market and experience as a former home builder and of the home building industry to be very helpful as we considered multiple listings. Doug Birkey's knowledge helped us pick the right house!

Doug Birkey is a consummate professional. He was back with answers to our questions and helped guide us through the process. He was always available which was wonderful considering my wife's schedule varies week to week. Cressy & Everett has a wonderful and extremely knowledgeable sales person.

Doug lived up perfectly to our expectations. He was recommended to us by a friend as someone who would always have our best interests at heart. This was our first time buying a home and Doug made it a very smooth process. No interaction was ever pushy, and he offered advice when it was needed. Overall a great experience.
