Very personable and professional. Knowledgeable about everything related to selling a property. Quick response time to questions or issues.

Once things started moving, I believe Doug went well above and beyond. I had never sold a house before and was very nervous and concerned. I never knew exactly what to expect, what to do, etc. I always had a 'ton' of questions. In addition, what he was trying to sell was not the easiest property. Though the new buyer had a lot of demands, the final result is that I no longer have to deal with the property. The selling price far exceeded my original expectations.

Doug was a big help with buying our new home and selling our old home. He was very knowledgeable about the process and set accurate expectations. Doug was very informative and was always quick to respond to questions or viewing requests. Doug had a great recommendations to inspectors and service providers to work with. Doug was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Doug Birkey was great! Super responsive, accommodating, explained everything very well, honest and trustworthy. Got our house sold fast! We would highly recommend Doug and hire him again in the future if needed!

Doug was amazing! Always professional and kind and wanting to ensure our happiness with our decisions. Doug is a prompt and clear communicator, he is very knowledgeable, and he handled every little detail and kept us informed at every step. A property we saw and became very interested in required an offer by noon the next day, and he stayed up until midnight to work with us on our offer. And that is the property we ended up buying! We are very grateful to Doug and recommend him highly!

Doug is and was amazing in this process. Knowledge, experience and great customer service were essential for me to find and Doug possesses all those qualities and more. I can't reccomend him highly enough.

He has a firm understanding of the market and will get you top dollar for your property.
