he did a great job!

We have used Doug on multiple occasions now and he has always walked us through each process with his calm approach. Would highly recommend him.

We called Doug Birkey when we first saw a home on Zillow that he had listed. We were totally impressed with Doug's expertise, willingness to spend the time with our questions, and his quick responses. On our first call from out of state he explained the costs and benefits of geothermal heating and it was like answering a question I did not know to ask. We did much communication long distance and Doug made the effort to accommodate that. For example he met our daughters for a "walk through" where we FaceTimed to see a home we were interested in. We also found his winning personality and long time experience in home sales generating our genuine trust in him. Doug was professional and great with follow through. For a few examples, he researched information on some of our property questions, and when he was not available to show us a home he arranged for another agent to meet with us, and he also helped facilitate a long distance closing. We would not hesitate to recommend him to others needing an agent! Outstanding!

My daughter and I trusted Doug. He was so professional. And so trustworthy It was handled extremely well Very excellent service and everything was handled well Very excellent

Buying a home can be a stressful process but I really enjoyed getting to know Doug and appreciated his experience in home building and real estate to make this a seemless process for me. I was going on vacation (literally at the airport) when Doug notified me that another offer was submitted on the property I was interested in. He talked through my options and made sure I was submitting a competitive offer that was fortunately accepted! He even drove to my bank to pick up the earnest money the next day since I was out of town, and continued to exceed my expections through closing. Doug truly went above and beyond and I'm happy to recommend him as a Broker.

My wife and I have recently gone through the process of purchasing a new home and beginning a move after 29 years in our previous home. It would have been an overwhelming experience if it had not been for our experienced realtor with Cressy & Everett: Mr Douglas Birkey. His friendly manner and careful instructions and explanations were very assuring. We were trying to find a home to purchase while living in another state, which did add another level of complexity to the mix. But Doug was responsive and answered questions and made pertinent suggestions along the way. We are thankful for his help and support. We feel we have successfully come through this process with a great home and a trustworthy new friend. We are glad to recommend Douglas Birkey to others looking for a realtor to help them.
