Duncan was very patient with me. I know I can be indecisive and I'm not very well at articulating my likes and dislikes. He was able to work with me to help me find a home I absolutely love. He was always available to answer my questions and his background in contracting was super helpful when viewing homes. I learned a lot along the way and I truly appreciate the work Duncan put in to get me into my first home.

I was in a rush to find a home in an extremely tight market, Duncan was able to assist me in finding a home in just the right amount of time. All while keeping me informed of the process all along the way. I would highly recommend Duncan Ferguson if you are searching for a home!

Duncan's been an excellent guide for me going through my first time home purchase and helped me with a really great lender and understanding the process and checklists to have for my first home purchase

Duncan and the team at Lighthouse made buying a home in the midst of a very competitive market less stressful for us. This was our first time buying a single family home and Duncan went above and beyond to help us along the way. He contacted hundreds of off market properties when inventory was low for several weeks, including phone calls/mailers/emails/ and even going door to door at times. When we put in offers, Duncan remained in close contact with the listing agents, negotiating the best deals and keeping us updated on what was happening. When we got outbid above our financial ability FIVE times, Duncan never wavered in his conviction and encouragement that we would find exactly the right house in the right timing. He spent countless hours working to find us the right house. With his help, we were able to secure our dream home. Duncan was professional, kind and knowledgeable. We would recommend him to anyone seeking a dedicated agent with a heart for your family to find their place

My parents referred Duncan and I was not disappointed. Duncan made sure I was informed, was available to answer questions, and was patient throughout the process. His knowledge and expertise came into play for finding the right house and made the whole process super easy.

Duncan and his team was simply awesome. Clear and consistent communication with a tremendous amount of knowledge Duncan always had our best interest in mind. Duncan als went the extra mile with walk through and showings. He was very connected with the local market and was able to guide us to our home.

Mr Ferguson, My family and i were blessed with you and team, and thanks to Jorge and Karla Campos Family for referring you to us of course. Kids are loving their new home and the wife, well she picked it, seeing the family happy, makes me happy. Its better to be known by your fruits then what you can say about yourself and you’ve shown it, don’t worry, if we hear people talking about buying out selling we will throw your name and team for consideration. Once again thank u…

Duncan Ferguson's expertise and platinum-level service made the whole process from searching fora new home to closing easier. He is very knowledgeable, pointing out potential property issues along the way. He has even assisted with an issue with the Home Warranty after closing! Can't recommend Duncan enough!
