Duncan was extremely kind, patient and professional from day one. He helped us navigate this extremely difficult market to buy our first home. Along the way, our needs for what we needed out of our home changed; Midway through the process we decided to run a small business out of our home. He remained flexible, consistently adjusted to meet our needs and NEVER felt pushy to make a sale. Because if this, we never settled on a home and instead found our perfect fit. We pretty much got everything on our checklist and we honestly didn't think we would. Some stand out moments from Duncan that solidified that he was looking out for our best interests were 1. We visited a home and he was quick to point out the polybutylene pipes among other things and advised that we keep looking elsewhere 2. We were on the fence about a home and he brought a contractor out to give us a free quote to fix a sunroom. 3. Duncan is highly connected with other professionals you can trust to fix/alter your home!

Mr. Ferguson was extremely helpful in our home search and especially useful in dealing with quite a few hiccoughs from the seller's team. Mr. Ferguson took all of the hurdles in stride and was quick to communicate with us and get answers to all of our difficult questions! 10/10 would recommend!
