Duncan did more than I expected. While I was excited about the house and the layout and such, Duncan was looking at details of the house, good and bad, things that need attention and such. He really knows what he is doing. Also, while I was outside the US on travel and when an interesting listings popped up, he had offered to go look at them immediately, on my behalf, and he did so and shared videos with me. After putting a contract on the house I bought, he made multiple suggestions as to what to do, where to go to get information and what to look out for, and such. He made the transition super smooth!
