Duncan was always responsive and always worked in our best interest, never steering me astray. Duncan also used his personal knowledge in home improvement to address concerns that arose with some tours and suggestions/impact of any malfunctions or complications found in the homes. Duncan was very approachable and spent countless hours to ensure we ended up in the house that we were meant to be in. Working overnight, my schedule was very limited; however, Duncan still did everything possibly to work around my complicated schedule, and made ends meet even on very short notice!
