We had a rough start, the original property we wanted the bank took too long and someone else got to it before we did. So I asked Sonny if there was anything else in the area and he sent me a list of properties that were in the school district we wanted. We told him what we wanted to look at and he showed us around, we then made an offer through him and he negotiated for us and got us a fair price.

This gentleman followed up with everything I requested of him. I can be very demanding and it was nice to see someone on top of their job. I have dealt with other brokers in the past that are not nearly as responsive as Mr. Upchurch was. I look forward to working with him again one day.
