1. It was nice that Edward set up a bunch of listings for us to go see, thru that little web app that you guys use. Where as with our previous realtor, we had to manually search multiple websites to let them know what we wanted to see. 2. Edward is always trying to squeeze you into his busy day, when you give him short notice to view a listing. Makes you feel special. 3. Edward is always communicating what is going on with you.

Edward Greiner was wonderful to work with, he is very proffesional, punctual and friendly. As first time home buyers he walked us through every step of the process and was always happy to answer the many questions we had. I will keep Edward Greiner in mind in the future for myself or family/friends that are looking for a great realtor. Thanks Edward, we love our home!

Edward was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I have been really impressed with my experience and would recommend Liv to friends/family.

We honestly chose Liv Real Estate to be able to get a look inside a house we were interested in but had no true intention to buy. It's the easiest website to use for viewing listings and getting an appointment was easy. Edward was so easy to work with that we decided to think more about buying a house, and chose to keep him on as our agent. Edward was on the ball 120% of the time. I was astounded by how quickly he would get back to us on things. He made the process so easy. We also really appreciated his availability, as my husband and I both work late and had availability only late in the evenings and weekends. We were all over the map with what we were looking at, and he was open to us wanting to look at some pretty crazy houses in some sketchy neighborhoods. We appreciated Edward's open mind. He was engaged in the adventure throughout the whole process. He also had some really great honest feedback and considerations to share when helping us find the right place! We really enjoyed working with Edward and would happily recommend him to our friends and family.
