Edward Grover

Edward helped me with purchasing my FIRST home, and I cannot rave enough about him. I really appreciated his knowledge and experience throughout the whole process. He was quick to respond and assisted with communicating with the sellers. Throughout the process, he also provided step by step guides like a checklist before offering, what to do after pending, what to do after conditions are removed, and what to anticipate with possession. These were super helpful when you are new to the process! I would definitely be recommending him to any friend and family who are looking to buy or sell a house.

I am pleased to recommend Edward Grover as a real estate agent. I have had the opportunity to work alongside Edward, and in that time he has consistently impressed me with his professionalism, integrity, and genuine dedication to his clients. Edward brings a rare combination of knowledge, patience, and attentiveness to every transaction. He takes the time to truly understand what people are looking for, and he works tirelessly to make sure they find it. He is honest, reliable, and someone you can count on to go the extra mile. Beyond his skills as an agent, Edward is simply a good person — the kind of person you're glad to know and proud to work with. I recommend him without hesitation.

Ed was very knowledgeable about current market conditions in my area and devised a strategy for me to get the best possible price for my property.
