Ed Hoke went above and beyond in this home purchase. His attention to detail and personal integrity was excellent. No question or concern was too small, he patiently answered every item quickly and honestly. His showings were great, he did not waste your time if you (like I did) walked in, looked around and said "this is not the house", Ed would smile and say "OK, let's move on". He has really good taste in colors and helped me see past cosmetic issues to the value of the home long term.
