Efstathios Kakiousis

Stathi has been an incredible agent to work with. He's very communicative and always takes a proactive approach to things. As a real estate investor, I have puchased 3 properties with him already and plan on doing many more. I have also heard great things about him when helping find a personal home for people and will certainly use his help when looking for my perfect home in the future. In the meantime, he has been great at helping find deals under market price and pinpointing market inneficiences that I as an investor find incredibly appealing. Stathi is very easy to get along with and one of the friendliest people I have met in a long time. He is a pleasure to be around and a top notch real estate agent.

Stathi's excellent customer service and attention to detail makes him an amazing salesman. He knows how to talk with people and to be thorough with everything he does. I would absolutely recommend him to all my friends and family
