Eileen was critical in getting my sales deal through, especially when it came to dealing with the other broker and particularly when discussing the appraisal, which came in very low. She worked with the other agent and the appraisal company to bring the appraisal up to the agreed sale price.

Eileen Mcfadden did a great job. From the day I decided to put the property up for sale. From pricing the property all the way to the closing. Professional, knowledgeable, a delight to work with. I didn't have to worry about anything. I would highly recommend Eileen to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a property.

Eileen was incredible to have as our realtor. As buyers in this crazy market of multiple offers, she was unwavering and relentless. She navigated smoothly through this difficult sellers market for us. Eileen listened carefully to our needs and desire. We missed out on several homes since we had a financing contingency, but she never let us down. Eileen was on top of watching the market everyday for something new to go on the market in the area we desired. She was the first to get to our home and the first to offer. We were losing hope, but she reminded us that she would stay steadfast and steady. Once we had an accepted offer she tackled each hurdle one at a time since we were no longer in town. Eileen made herself available to us for questions and her communication was excellent, she was very responsive. She negotiated in our best interest in a tough sellers market. Not knowing the Florida market , she made us very comfortable with her knowledge and experience. She followed up on every single detail of the process with much diligence. We cant say enough good about her and would definitely use her again and refer to our sphere of family and friends for ANY real estate business. We are so pleased with our new home. We are eternally grateful and feel very blessed to have worked with Eileen Mc Fadden she is a class act! SincerelyThe Chwasteks A for Excellence!! Absolutely the best Wonderful Eileen Mc Fadden is an asset to your company.
