I first found Eileen through excellent reviews for her property management skills which is what I needed first. Then after getting to know Eileen it was a natural next step to have her sell the house because we had established a great relationship. Eileen was always available which was important since I was selling the house from out of state. She took good care to check on the house and troubleshoot any issues that came up meeting and procurement in some cases of technical support, plumbers, A/C repair men, etc. I put my trust 100% in Eileen and would recommend her highly to anyone in need of a really or property manager.
