Eileen Van Kooten - Schmitt

Eileen is exemplary; she kept us informed throughout the process, and was prompt with responses to questions and general updates. She was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. We are thankful and grateful for her guidance through everything.

Ms. Van Kooten-Schmitt was extremely professional. She was far superior in terms of communication than any real estate agent I've worked with and I've worked with a few. She was honest and frank. Really I have no complaints at all. The property had a couple of drawbacks that neither she nor I could change which accounts for the length of time the sale took.

I would absolutely work with Eileen again! She is knowledgeable with the real estate experience. Both her and the broker she recommended were able to walk us through the buying process and did a great job explaining some of the things we did not know.
