We are so grateful that Elaine Abouakar was our agent. She went above and beyond in her work to guide us through the entire process of purchasing as first time home buyers. We were moving from another state, so in addition to showing us homes in person, she graciously conducted virtual showings. She never missed an opportunity to give us pertinent information about the property, the market, and the community as we needed a space that would be welcoming for little kids. In addition to being such a great real estate agent, she was also a staunch advocate for our getting our needs met in an intense sellers’ market. Elaine Abouakar is an amazing real estate agent, and if I had to do it all over again, I would select her all over again. We can’t wait to refer her to our friends, colleagues and neighbors for buying or selling. Home buying can be stressful, especially when you are purchasing from hundreds of miles away. Working with Elaine made this process work, and we are still so grateful for her expertise, insight, and support. She is amazing!!! So glad that she was our agent!!!

Elaine sale ur house in lest of 2 weeks we did not now it was going to be that fast we appreciate everything she did for us

We listed our home after the market cooled from the summer frenzy. Elaine had a strategy that did not include any of the gimmicky listing quirks employed by other agents to fuel an already fiery market. Our house was listed on the MLS at a price that was reasonable for all. Within the first three days we had an offer that exceeded our expectations. The buyer's financer was rigid in their demands and expectations. Elaine walked us through every obstacle they proposed without a blink. The closing came through exactly as planned, we are happily in our new home and the buyers are reportedly very happy to raise their family in the home that served us well for the same purpose.

It was a pleasure working with Elaine Abouakar in the sale of our house. At our first meeting she came fully prepared. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Elaine guided us through the entire process, answered all of our questions, calmed our nerves and always made herself available to us. We would highly recommend Elaine Abouakar to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

I was connected to Elaine by a trusted friend. When we met for the first time she came well prepared, highly organized, and with a clear plan for marketing. She put her own unique spin on the campaign, which attracted several motivated buyers within the first two days of go-live. She kept me well informed throughout the whole process and it closed out well beyond what I first expected before meeting her, and in far less time than I imagined. Thank you!

Elaine Abouakar is outstanding in her work, she made the process very easy and smooth. Will recommend Elaine Abouakar to friends and family
