I would recommend Elisa Furtado highly, she was amazing to work with, all we could ask for in a real estate broker, very knowledgeable of the area, took time to understand what we were looking for, and regularly provided us updates on what was available. She made house viewings so easy with scheduling and offering to do video tours for us at properties we were interested in. She was so informative and helpful as we got into the phase of making offers and negotiations, her in depth experience made us feel that the advantage was always on our side. Her careful and knowledgeable explanations as we went through escrow made us feel very confident throughout, and even after we closed she helped us negotiate finding contractors for fumigation. She always went the extra mile and was such a pleasure to work with on a personal level.

Elisa was perfect. What can I say. She was excellent at all aspects of the real estate process. I truly can't think of anything she could have done better. It was flawless. She is the example of professionalism and relationship. I could go on and on, but just trust me, Elisa should be everybody's choice for a realtor!

Elisa was very professional and knowledgeable about our market area. Was always accessible and acomidating to our needs . We were pleased with the outcome of the sale .

Elisa is friendly, professional, reliable, smart, generous with her time and knowledge, fun to be with, very thoughtful, considerate, and a great realtor. She loves being a realtor and meeting people. She really loves helping them find the home they truly desire. She has great ideas also for the seller. She hustles when she needs too and is patient when that is needed. She's the best! I will recommend her my friends and others. My wife and I greatly appreciate all that Elisa has done for us and feel like she is our friend now after our experience with her! Sincerely, Jay Turner

Elisa paid attention - to the market, to my home, and to my family. She scrubbed baseboards with me. She talked Legos with my kid. She was upfront and candid and realistic. She even hooked us up with a landscaper in record time. Elisa gets it done!
