I had a difficult lender to work with. They did not communicate, and were not working with a purpose. Beth went above and beyond to push things through, and get results when I couldn't.

I am more than satisfied with the service Beth provided in selling my house at 538 W 3rd St. Her advice and help greatly reduced the stress of me being 6 hours away. She is very good at what she does and I'm thankful she was my agent.

Beth's knowledge of how to market our home was Key in allowing us to sell our home in less than 1 day! We had an offer the 1st day and she allowed us to make the decision of whether to accept that offer by providing pro's and con's. This made us feel empowered and not pushed to make our decision. She always knew who to refer us to, whether it was for the septic or helping us find short term housing options! Beth walks along side you and makes you feel like you're her only client.

Beth was a very knowledgeable agent with years of experience buying, renovating & selling her own houses. She understands & explains the laws / processs very clearly. She was always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns that arose. We would definitely use her again.

Beth was very professional and very informative of everything going on,

Beth always provides exceptional service. She is professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Thank you, Beth!

We've known Beth for many years now and she's always gone above and beyond in assisting in finding the perfect property. She's always very thorough in answering any questions we have ever had. She's the absolute best at what she does and we wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

Beth was able to negotiate an offer on my home in one week.

I rented from Beth Arvoy and it made sense to buy a home from her when it was time! She has been great to work with in both aspects! Beth had the knowledge in all areas and answered all of my questions quickly to help me make confident informed decisions! Beth never made me feel like I couldn't ask about something. She encouraged questions and she encouraged me to think about things I may have skipped. At a new stage in life, we are so excited to own our home in Elkhart and just love the home and neighborhood we found with Beth's help!
