We met Beth while she was hosting an open house. We loved her personality and her outlook on real estate. We decided we wanted her help in both finding a new home and selling our old home. Beth was always realistic and practical with everything that transpired. She never made any sort of false promises or guarantees. She helped make the process move forward each day and worked with us in getting through the inevitable setbacks and challenges of selling the type of house we had. We would recommend Beth to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling a home.

Beth Arvoy always let us know what was going on and kept us informed of any developments. Beth is very good at her job and it was great to work with her. She was always willing to listen and offer suggestions when we asked. I would be very happy to work with her again and refer her to my friends and family.

We felt at ease with Beth and that we were in good hands! She is wonderful communicating effectively and promptly. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know.

Beth you rule!! :) Thank you so much for the help with getting me my first home.I promise to do everything in my power to work with you going forward for anything related to the purchase or selling of a piece of property.

Beth is amazing! I would recommend her to anyone I know needing to buy/sell a home. She is trustworthy, honest and extremely efficient in everything she did for us. She was accessible to us whenever we had any questions or issues came up. We always got a quick response from her and her advice to us was invaluable. She knows this business backward and forward and is professional in every way. Beth is an excellent realtor!

Everything was handled with great care and professionalism Beth was very responsive even when on vacation in Hawaii. Needed to ensure that we knew the agent would know what we needed and who would respond quickly. Always have great interactions with both South Bend and Elkhart offices.
