Depsite not actively looking for a home, she still worked with me to ensure I was able to see multiple properties. It was due to her efforts, willingness to go out of her way to show me multiple properties, and ability to handle a slightly complicated negotiation, that I purchased a home sooner than I originally planned.
Elizabeth provided a wealth of real estate knowledge, and was able to list our house successfully with the most beautiful photos and description. I will recommend her services to anyone with real estate needs.
Lisa had extensive knowledge and experience that made the process painless and easy! Lisa is true professional and genuine friend.
Lisa was professional and timely as well as friendly and personable. We needed to move fast on our home purchase and Lisa made the time to work within our hurried timeline. She was always available by phone and quick to respond when we had questions. I would definitely recommend Lisa to anyone looking to purchase a new home. The overall experience was very positive and we are happy with the home we selected.
Thank you for a smooth transaction in the sale of our home.
We first met Elisabeth Christenson at an open house. She was professional, courteous, and informative. She kept in touch with us to keep us informed of any new listings that met our search criteria. When we found what we were looking for, she did everything that I would expect from a good agent to support our buying decision. And I would recommend her to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a home in her market area.
If you want to make things easy on yourself go with Lisa.
Couldn’t be happier. Affiliated should be proud of her, she is patient, professional, and hard working.
Lisa was always available; 24/7. She conducted showings on short notices with no issues. Great market knowledge , friendly demeanor and it felt like she was a family member and not just a Realtor agent representing a client . She was patient and did not try to push other homes on us for a quick sale. Helped us search for our dream home, such that we found the "one. "
