Absolutely could not be more pleased with Beth Lugar and her services. She met all my needs and helped me achieve exactly what I wanted in a time frame that was perfect. Would happily recommend her to anyone seeking a realtor without hesitation.

Beth was awesome! We were in a time crunch relocating for work and expecting our first child. She was timely, professional, knowledgeable, accurate and helped us meet our aggressive timeline to sell our home! Her marketing plan is what sold us in comparison to other agents we interviewed. We were pleased with our overall experience and would certainly recommend her for buying or selling a home in the Indianapolis Area!

Elisabeth is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She is an advocate for my best interest and an incredible resource for all sorts of issues that pop up in a transaction.

Elisabeth worked with us for 10 months to find our "dream home" on Morse Reservoir. This time has seen a very turbulent market. Throughout this time Beth has been supportive, calm, thorough, professional and operated at all times with the highest integrity, trust and ethics. We have seen other agents behave less so during this period of intense buyer competition. Beth has always believed we would find the right house in the right time, and her patience paid off for us. Now that we have finished the purchase of our home we are working with Beth on the sale of two others. The first had showings the first day of being listed, with an offer the following day. The "big question" people always ask in referrals is, "Would you use their services again?" Not only would we, we are for two more houses.

Elizabeth was so great helping us with our last house purchase that I didn't even think twice before I called her about the sale of my house.

Elisabeth Lugar was a fantastic realtor. She knew what I wanted and paid attention to my preferences. She didn't take me to any houses that didn't fit my criteria. And, she was the one that found my perfect house. She did better than I did finding what I wanted. She is now my permanent realtor.

Beth is a fantastic broker, very knowledgeable, professional and approachable

This was my second time working with the Lugar team and I had a great experience once again! Elisabeth is knowledgeable about the buying process as well as the Indianapolis and Greater Indianapolis market. She was very helpful throughout our house hunting, always making herself available for showings, even at the last minute. She works with your needs and wants and helped us land our next home. Highly recommend Elisabeth and the Lugar team with CENTURY 21 Scheetz!

She helped up purchase a home. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She was very honest about pricing. I would highly recommend her!

Beth was great working with me remotely. Her communications were timely, clear and concise. I very much appreciated working with someone who was seamlessly able to transact while I was out of state.
