Elisabeth was so helpful during this whole process. Especially as a first time home buyer, I had a lot of tedious questions which she always answered promptly. All the house tours were so well organized. Elisabeth was very professional throughout the process, gave knowledgable feedback/advice, and gave great contractor recommendations when i needed them.

We enjoyed working with Beth very much. Have already recommended her to others.

Elisabeth is definitely top notch. She makes herself available and works to ensure the best possible transaction for all parties involved. Elisabeth ranks stellar amongst her peers!

We worked with Elizabeth Lugar on our relocation from Illinois to Fishers, IN. Since we had to do most of this remotely, Elizabeth really went out of her way to video tape many properties for us during this tough home buying market. After 7 bids we were finally able to find a beautiful home. Elizabeth had very good communications skills and helped us along the way. We would highly recommend Beth as an agent.

We had a transfer from Puerto Rico to Indianapolis, our realtor was recommended through my work. Elisabeth did an excellent job, exceeding all our expectations. She kept in touch at all times, she gave us the best alternatives available in the market. She worked hard from day 1 until the closing of the deal. Elisabeth is just great. Thanks to her we got our home in less than 30 days. Definitely if in the future we need services from a realtor, We would not hesitate to contact her again. Elisabeth, thank you was awesome working with you.

I feel that my comments above should ALL be used in her recommendations.

Elisabeth is friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Elisabeth was my realtor when I purchased my house my house three years ago. It was a pleasure working with her on the purchase and it was a no brainer to have her as my realtor to sell my house. Excellent results!

Elisabeth exceeded all expectations for us. She’s not only well spoken and professional, but she knows how to position her clients well in order to achieve a positive end result. Her knowledge of the market as well as her ability to “play the game” truly was exceptional. We are proud to have called her our agent and we most certainly would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Indianapolis.
