Elisabeth was aggressive and went above and beyond professionally and personally to sell our house. She knew we were in a rush and had to get this done quickly. I am incredibly thankful to Elisabeth for everything she has done for my family. I am recommending her to everyone I know. Elisabeth was incredibly patient and understanding and answered every question I had.

Beth was amazing at explaining different things that we did not understand about the purchase of our home. We were first time home buyers so having someone that was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying process was very helpful. The home buying process can definitely be a stressful process but Beth was always on her toes and there when we needed her! Wouldn’t have it any other way. Beth was amazing!

Elizabeth Lugar worked hard to sell my property from the time I initiated a phone call to the time the property closed. I have learned a lot about realtors and via Elizabeth - professional, honest, caring, understanding, helpful, always a phone call or text away since I live in California snd the property she helped me sell was in Indiana. I’m very grateful and appreciative of Elizabeth’s service to me .

Beth went above and beyond anything we expected when purchasing our first home. Being new homeowners we did not know what to expect when it came to anything about buying a home, Beth took us and guided and taught us everything we needed to know to pick the right home for us. Extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process, very polite and professional, quick responses and easy to get ahold of at anytime of the day. I would recommend Beth to anyone buying or selling a home, as she treats everyone just like family.

Elisabeth is very professional, communicates consistently, and works very hard on the sellers behalf.

Elizabeth Lugar was professional, knowledge and very personable. She immediately set up a search of area and price range I was interested in. When my needs changed Elizabeth adjusted. She was very patient and allowed me to search at my own pace. Elizabeth was so efficient sometimes she was one step ahead of me bc she was tuned into what I was looking for. After closing she even gave me a list of “ good to know” numbers like lawn service, electricians... I will miss spending time with such a genuinely nice lady.

Professional, detail oriented, knowledgeable and helpful person

Mrs. Elisabeth Lugar is an extremely professional and experienced realator. We call her "our family realator", my son recommended her to us after she assisted him with the purchase of his first home. This is my husband and myself's second property purchase with her and once again we are throughly impressed with her knowledge and demeanor. She is always responsive to our questions and has educated us through the process. We will always recommend her to our friends and family. She will walk with through the process. She is a very strong negotiator and will make certain that the seller honors their commitments. What's even more impressive is that she is responsive to all questions no matter how small. We believe that Elisabeth is one of the best realator in the area, if not the best. We have learned a lot about purchasing property from her and continue have her be "our family realator."

Elisabeth really helped me in every way. She was very professional every step of the way and stayed positive the whole time she was helping me look! She really understood what I was looking for. She’s overall is a really great realtor and person

Elisabeth is a true, knowledgeable professional who always does what is best for her client.
