Working with Elissa was great. She discussed houses with me that Elissa found listings sent me and property listing that I looked, which i sent to her. And Elissa discussed the properties before we made an appointment to actually go look at the house in person. It took a few times of looking at properties in my price range and what I was looking for. After sometime passed and looking at several properties there one that is now mine.

I had to relocate out of state due to work and I choose Elissa as my agent mainly due to her experience, organization and great communication skills. These were very important skills in order to comfortably move and list our house for sale. I trusted her as my agent to keep me informed with updates such as open houses, showings, pricing and reviewed any offers with us. Elissa went above and beyond by informing us when the lawn needed a trim since we were no longer residing in the home also informed us a package was delivered, then even took the time to drop it off at a friend's house to ensure it was safe. Overall she helped make the entire process flow smoothly from beginning to closing couldn't have done it with out her!
