Elizabeth Collins

Elizabeth Collins was very hands on, very knowledgeable of the area. She was an amazing realtor. Because of her 24 years of experience she was able to smooth the difficulties of the HOA process. I highly recommend her. She was helpful and valuable in the process. Thanks Liz for all that you did for me!

Liz Collins was wonderful to work with. The fact that she too lives in Laguna Woods Village is also a great factor in knowing the area. Any delay situations were caused by the LWV foundation, not Liz. She was always available by text, email or phone, and also as we had moved much further south, she arranged for a notary to come to us. She was always very open about commissions, costs of any repairs, etc. We would always recommend Liz Collins to a buyer or seller in Laguna Woods Village!

Liz held our hands through the fantastic challenge of relocating from Hawaii to Laguna Woods. The Community has unique characteristics that your less-experienced agents would never have understood, so having Liz Collins, who is herself a Laguna Woods Villager, guide us from start to finish has been an absolute privilege. We were fortunate to be introduced to her by a friend who had also utilized Liz's skills some months earlier. We highly recommend Liz Collins to anyone interested in Laguna Woods... or for any real estate services.
