Ella made us feel as if we were a top prority from the beggining to the end. We felt like Ella was family more than an agent, always guiding, understanding, professional and making us feel comfortable with every step. Always answering any questions or concerns. I have dealt with many agents in my life, but none can compare to Ella. I am so glad to have met her and had her with us every step of the way. Thank you so much Ella for everything.

Ella is a true professional. Ella made time for Calvin and I and expressed her knowledge with every home we saw together. We appreciate her patience and drive throughout the entire home buying process. Ella advised us in the right direction when viewing homes especially being VA LOAN. Ella is very professional and personable, she makes your time with her a priority.

Ella is so easy to work with. She truly has your best interest in mind. I would highly recommend her to any friend in need of services. In the future, Ella will be the first realtor I turn to.

Ella was an amazing help on the journey of getting our home it has been extremely difficult. Her knowledge and her ability to stay on top of all things needed was amazing. Without her we would’ve lost out on not only money but we would not have known what to do in several instances on our home being built. through the process Ella was able to keep us all in the loop as much as she could and became not only a major asset in our home being built but also a friend.

Ella was a true gem to work with! She made sure I was aware of everything through out the entire process. When things got nerve racking as a first time home buyer she reassured me that I was in good hands and it would all be ok! From start to finish Ella was there for me!

I am so grateful that Ella was our realtor.......professional, so ready and eager to help make the selling and buying of my parents’ home successful for BOTH families! Finding a young couple who would love my home, as much as my parents did for 67 years, was a “God gift!” The “parts and pieces“ of selling a house for the first time, especially when it was the one and only HOME I ever lived in.......was overwhelming. Losing both parents within a 13 day period was life changing. Knowing Ella would take the time and great care of each step of the sale, was such an answered prayer.

Ella exceeded our expectations and was always very helpful in answering any questions we had she worked very hard and was always very organized while doing so she goes Above and beyond And the communication was terrific she made us feel very comfortable especially during all this COVID-19 crazyness we could not have asked for a better realtor she is amazing at what she does and she gets you what you need! We used her to sell our home and now we want her in our journey to close on our new home. Very satisfied with her services!

Ella worked very hard for me. Always on time and quick responses. I did not find buying a home stressful...she guided me the entire time! Love her!

Ella Pruitt did an amazing job helping my mother find her new home and her new business locations. She also helped my sister find an amazing new home. I never even considered working with another broker because I knew she was who I would go to before I was even ready to start looking. When I was ready, Ella was there every step of the way. She was on top of things from start to finish and always made sure to communicate with me, even when the mortgage company or lender failed to. Unfortunately, I think due to COVID and the current state of the nation, we hit quite a few unusual hiccups in the process (stemming from the mortgage company and lender) that Ella helped me navigate through despite her own inexperience with the issues. Even though this process is stressful, Ella definitely takes the time to make sure her clients are calm and satisfied. For Ella, it really is about the client and not about a number.
