This was our second purchase of a home with Ellen. She was would always reply if we had a question, it didn't matter the time of day. She made the purchase easy and straight forward. We will reach out to her next time we make a purchase and maybe just to visit. Would Definitely rate our experience a 10/10

Ellen was great to work with. House sold quickly, very smooth process. Exactly how you want it to go.

Ellen was knowledgeable, professional, and understood our needs in selling my parents' house. Her guidance through the process was invaluable and we are so thankful that she was our realtor!

Sold in 5 days for over asking price. What more could I ask for. Thank you. Ellen

Working with Ellen Gruhot was an absolute delight. As a single mom, it can be incredibly difficult to find professionals who truly take the time to listen to your needs, but Ellen did just that. She was recommended to me by my brother and sister, and she completely exceeded expectations. Ellen went above and beyond, offering incredible flexibility and essentially holding my hand through every step of the process—no matter the time of day or night. Even when we ran into obstacles with the mortgage company, she was right there to guide me through it. I couldn't have done this without her!

Ellen's knowledge and real estate experience was commendable. She gave excellent advisement on our property listing. Top notch Realtor and I would highly recommend her!

Working with Ellen was a great experience for my wife and I as we looked for our first house. She showed us many different houses in multiple areas that fit our criteria until we found the perfect house for us. Once we did find the one we wanted to go with she was always available to answer any questions we had and was always on top of what the next step in the process was. She was very easy to work with and guided us through the entire thing step by step. When meeting with Ellen to look at houses she was always so sweet and friendly and showed genuine excitement in helping us find the right fit. She was a huge help to us and such a pleasure to work with. We would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase a home.
