Ellen was so so helpful in selling our house - with two young children and both myself and husband working I don’t think we could have sold our house without her as our agent because it would have felt too overwhelming. She was very helpful and reassuring in guiding us through the process of getting ready to list and the showings and we sold out house very quickly. There was an unexpected delay due to covd 19 that could have made things fall through but Ellen went above and beyond talking to and working with all parties and to make sure things went through as originally planned. Ellen is very good at providing immediate feedback on questions as they came up. I was unable to attend my own closing on the house. She offered to do it for me. I signed the POA and she showed up to my closing and signed the paperwork for me as I was on a call with them. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is buying or selling a house.
