Ellen went above and beyond. She was patient with us while it took 10 months for us to find the "perfect" house. Ellen would recommend houses based on our requirements and how we responded to previous houses. When Ellen wasn't available, she coordinated with Cheryl to assist us. Cheryl also went above and beyond.

Ellen provided fresh and creative approaches to marketing the property which had been previously listed with another agency. I felt comfortable working with Ellen. (That was important!)
