Emily Beutler

Emily has been our realtor since 2013. We have done several transactions together. Emilly is very profressional, up to date on the local real estate market and personable. I would and do recommed working with Emily to anyone who asks if I know a good realtor. On a person note, Emily it has been a absolute pleasure knowing you and having you help us through all of our real estate needs! If we ever decide to repurchase in CDA, you will be the first to know! Thank you for everything! Angie and Charlie

Emily was incredibly helpful in getting us into our first home! She made it super easy and helped us with first time home buyer questions with great patience and eagerness. I strongly recommend Emily for any home buying decision as a genuine and professional realtor.

Emily is a professional and displays integrity in all aspects. She knows the market and displays depth of knowledge of real estate. She does this all the while with kindness, sincerity of character and understanding. We did close on our home on 2962 W Lumber Ln 8/7 on our much needed timeline. Through an extremely difficult and even ugly experience with buyers AND their realtor she remained calm and rock solid. She displayed class and honesty at all times. We actually asked for exit papers as it was not worth the daily demands and frustration. After couple days Emily convinced us to consider their alternative offer concerning their list of improvements on this 1.6 million, 3 year old build. They would require $5,000 dollars and they would completely drop their list of 43 demands. We still said no but Emily kept us grounded and on our timeline. We gave them money and the COMPLETE list was then gone. Her class and integrity prevailed. Emily is the type of agent you want and need!
