For the purchase of our new build, Eric was heavily involved from the beginning. He took the time to read and advise us on the sales contract, and helped us with follow-up calls to the sales agents when necessary. While this process is relatively "easy" for the buyer, Eric was physically present at every important meeting and did not hesitate to engage the builder with questions and/or concerns we may not have considered.
