I was very happy with Eric throughout the entire process. With open houses, he came very prepared with property and market research on every property. He was flexible and set aside time - never felt rushed through the process. Eric was also very responsive - answering calls within 3 rings on nearly every call was great. He also has gone above and beyond with the after sales process (getting keys, doing walk throughs, and corresponding) especially with us being remote. Thanks Eric!

As a real estate investor, I've had the opportunity to work with Eric on multiple transactions over the past couple years. He always goes above and beyond his duties as a buyer's and seller's agent. I trust his judgement on market valuations of potential investment properties. His feel for the market has saved me money more than once. Eric is assertive when negotiating deals and often suggests strategies I had not thought of. He's the type of guy you want on your team. But, more than anything else, you'll like working with him. He's genuinely a good guy. Whether you are buying or selling, I recommend using Eric Hinton on your next real estate transaction.

Eric was very patient and friendly from day one. He was very thorough with looking at the market and seeing what was out there and getting us the information on houses. He always stayed within our budget and never pushed us in a direction we weren't comfortable with. We absolutely would go back to Eric should the day come we are ready to buy or sell another home.

The home that Eric helped us sale was a very difficult sale the mortgage was in forbearance and also had two different liens on it other realtors had said they wouldn’t be able to sell the home outright it would have to be a short sale Eric Was able to sell the home and us break even he was extremely optimistic and a lot of times kept our spirits up when things didn’t look good if he didn’t have an answer for a question he would find out and get back to us immediately a pleasure to work with

Buying a home is a big step in life. Since its my first house, I was so tensed. But Eric made it really easy. He was very patient with me and helped me understand the process with great details. He has good knowledge on local market, which helped me to put the right numbers in bid. Eric, Thank you soo much for all that you did in this process. I appreciate it. I wish to work with you again for my next house.

Eric was a huge help to our family! We listed sooner than we anticipated and he was there to help at every step. He offered suggestions before listing, as well as walking us through every offer we received after showings. He was encouraging and accessible through every step in our selling process, and he made our first time selling experience a breeze! We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! I will highly recommend Eric Hinton to all our friends in the DFW area.
