I would recommend Eric Sundem as he was very professional and did an excellent job in finding our home.

Eric was awesome! He was very patient with us, knowledgeable, and walked us through buying our first house with ease. I would definitely work with Eric Sundem again!

When We met Eric I wasn't sure he was the guy for us due to his experience and age. We decided to give him a chance to prove he could do the job and boy did he. We were in Bemidji for a week after out cruise and he found us a house and then we had to go back to Texas. Eric did everything by e-mail and phone and was able to negotiate a price for us and a closing that worked with our time line. We would definitely recommend Eric for anyone looking to buy in Bemidji.

Eric was very professional. We worked with the seller and myself to get a quick closing.
