Eric Sumdem was very friendly and professional throughout the entire selling process. I met him only once during the setup of the listing in June. Everything was done via emails and phone calls. He made it feel like I was face to face with him in his office. This was great because I was 500 miles away which was an 8 hour drive. I would recommend Eric to anyone with zero reservations.
