Eric Winklhofer

Eric was extremely helpful in the sale of my brother's house. He led us down the right path at every snag in the process. At times he even went above what was required to get the house sold. WE are eternaly grateful to him for all he did and would use him again and recommend him to anyone who asks who we used to see the house. 10's all across the board for him.

After 27 years of military service and countless relocations, finding our forever home and returning to our hometown, was a milestone our family deeply cherished. Eric Winklhofer made that transition seamless. He took the time to truly understand our needs, preferences, and long‑term vision, and his expertise guided us every step of the way. As experienced movers, we’ve worked with many agents over the years, but Eric’s professionalism, patience, and genuine care set him apart, especially as house hunters relocating from out of state. Thanks to him, we’re finally home. Thank you Eric!

Eric you truly helped keep me sain in an otherwise extremely stressful time! I'm so grateful for all your efforts put forward to get us the right house! You went out of your way to drive an hour away just to look at homes with us. You never cared how much money we had to spend, you were always supportive, and you never tried to steer us one way or the other. I'm so thankful to have been able to work with you!
