Erik Carlson & Andrew Truong PREC*

Erik Carlson has been our trusted guide in real estate for over a decade now. He's intelligent and kind, gentle with his excellent guidance, and a hard worker who's always on top of the details that matter most. He's now guided us through two purchases and one sale. We wouldn't buy or sell with anyone else. Having Andrew as a partner in business and life is the icing on the cake — together they make an unbeatable team we trust completely.

Erik made every part of the selling process go smoothly . He was always ready to answer any questions promptly and explained everything so well. He was a joy to work with and nothing was too much trouble for him . I felt in good hands with Erik. Thank you

Erik has been the absolute best to work with. His calm, empathetic and professional demeanour was a perfect fit for us. He was the person we needed at this time. We had a very tricky and complex situation and he handled it in exactly the right way to get us to the finish line. We couldn't be more happy. We would, and will, recommend Erik to everyone we know when they are looking for a realtor. He is excellent.
