We were extremely pleased with Erika's ability and willingness to help us workout many of the details remotely. Being from out of state, our time was very limited as to when we could actually be in town to view potential houses. She did very well at accommodating our schedule. Once we chose a house, Erika did a fine job of negotiating the price and terms of the buy. She did an excellent job on our behalf as she worked with the sellers' broker. I'd be hard pressed to think of something Erika could have improved on. Nothing seemed forced, just genuine; we appreciated that.
