Erin was very knowledgeable in regards to my many questions. I could reach him at any time and did.

Erin Del Sasso is knowledgeable, professsional and great to work with!

Erin always made himself available for us and answered any questions. He went above and beyond being a realtor. We would definitely recommend him to others

Once I spoke with Erin Del Sasso, I had a connection with him in a way that I wasn’t going to look elsewhere for another agent. I was confident that he would do everything that was needed to make our home search a great experience. Erin went above and beyond our expectations, even know we were living in California looking for a home in Punta Gorda. Throughout this process, not only did he have our best interest at heart, he and his family became dear friends and a part of our family. Looking for and buying a home can be a stressful experience, but Erin made the whole process a stress free and an adventure for us and it couldn’t have worked out better. We were blessed to have him represent us during this process. With us living in California, 3 hours behind with the time zone, he always made time for us, even in his evenings to FaceTime us with walkthroughs of open houses, scheduled appointments and even during the construction process of our home being built once we reached that point. He worked with us at our pace, never pushing anything our way and always keeping us in the loop of new listings prior to him finding us a new build under construction. It was nothing short of fantastic. An enjoyable and informed experience !! If you are currently looking to move, build a new home or wanting to invest in some rental property, Erin Del Sasso is the agent I would choose. You won’t be disappointed !!

We did not seek out the agency. We were looking at houses on the internet and Erin responded to a house inquiry. I explained our search and Erin sent us homes to look at that met our specifications and he was responsive to remove those homes that we were not interested in and that we felt were cluttering our search. We had been working with another realtor when we were in the area on vacation, she did not send us homes that we were interested in. When the home we bought came back on the market I chose Erin because of his responsiveness. As attentive to our desires he is, he is also methodical and calm and that helped us in our purchase from afar. We chose him without meeting him. It was a great decision.

Erin Del Sasso provided exceptional care during this time. He was very reassuring and knowledgeable. He made first time home buying as easy as it could be. We are very thankful for all that Erin did for us.

Erin Del Sasso was (and is) a pleasure to know and to work with ; his calm and competent manner took all the stress out of buying a home. l truly appreciated his proactivity on my behalf with all of the other parties involved in this sale. I will gladly work with Erin again should the need arises.

Erin Del Sasso was very helpful and professional
