Erin was like a fairy godmother throughout the sale of my home. She was low key but on top of things, professional and friendly, and with her team approach, we had an accepted offer within a week of listing. She listened to my goals and communicated throughout. She kept me informed on things I needed to know about, but I know she did a lot behind the scenes to get things done and save me from stress. Thanks to her, what I thought was going to be one of the most stressful events in my life was practically stress-free. Her additional effort was 100% above and beyond and much appreciated. She is literally magical. I recommend her to anyone and everyone, and when I return to the island, she will be my first stop to shop for my new home!

This is the second time that I have worked with Erin Evans and I would work with her again in an instant. She was confident about the whole process which allowed me to be able to relax more seeing as this was the first time going through both buying and selling a home. Any questions I had with selling my home was answered very quickly and everything went extremely smooth. Even though we had a couple hiccups, Erin was able to react and always had multiple solutions the any issues. 10/10 would hire! Even though she had many other customers, I never felt like I was competing for her attention. Always upfront and honest with everything! with Erin's help I was able to get the most out of my home and quickly!

Erin Evans and husband go the step further to make sure you are satisfied with what you are looking for. Experiencing the military life herself makes a big difference. My kids loved her, it made our house hunting fun. I could text her after hours and she'd be there for us for any questions/concerns.

When we purchased our first of two houses on Oahu, we selected Erin Evans as our realtor from her first class website, and her follow-up to our inquiries while we were still located in the Washington, DC area. It was an easy decision for us to ask Erin to represent us in the second home purchase. As we needed to sell that second home to move back to the mainland, Erin Evans was our choice again. In addition to providing superior support in selling our home on Oahu, she assisted us in finding an excellent realtor in our new location. Thanks Erin Evans, you are the best! We appreciate all your continuing support.

Erin is an excellent well informed agent and a pleasure to work with. I would work with her and her staff again without hesitation.

Erin puts her heart into making the experience positive and pain free! Erin is the best and I would her again, again, and again!

So grateful to Julie Maddox, she truly went above and beyond our expectations! We had previously worked with a couple other agents and didn't feel like they had our best interests at heart. Just wanted us to purchase a home, ANY home. Julie cared about us finding the perfect home for US and even when things got tough she didn't give up, she went to WORK and got our home for us. Erin Evans and the entire team were nothing but amazing. I would 100% recommend them to friends and family.

I would like to say that I could not have found a better pair of people (Erin Evans and her husband Ron) to help with my purchase of my first house. This has been such a smooth process, and I am completely satisfied with everything that they have helped me with. I was very fortunate to have them as my real esate agents, and would always recommend them for if my friends ask about purchasing or selling property. Erin Evans and her husband Ron went above and beyond a to provide me helpful advice, and a stress free experience with purchasing a home.
