We listed on a Wednesday and had a full asking price offer four days later with a back up offer the following day. Selling a home requires a lot more steps than the mainland. Erin handled those extra service requirements (example: termite inspection and cleaning service). She referred reliable and inexpensive service professionals to take care of the repairs required to complete the sale. Erin was an effective buffer between us and the buyer's agent who was a pain to work with. I wouldn't use anyone else to buy or sell a home for us in Hawaii.

She does a good job in explaining why its beneficial to price the house at a realistic selling cost instead of over estimating the value and having to keep making price corrections in order to sell the house.
