Erin, as always, knows the area, knows the market, and takes the time to listen to the needs of her client. Working with Erin is like working with a friend. She is motivated to meet the needs of her clients and does so with a personal touch. Erin helps you establish realistic expectations for your property and develops a plan in a short amount of time. She knows the best local resources to get the job done and done right. Erin is a fantastic agent who has made our Hawaii real estate experience -- both buying and selling-- as easy and painless as possible. Thank you Erin for all your care and hard work!

We were referred to Erin Evans four years ago when we were considering selling our home. When she showed up for the initial appointment we were extremely impressed with her knowledge of the area, her ability to listen to what we wanted and not push us in the direction she felt we should go and her follow up after our initial appointment. Although we decided not to sell the house because it just wasn't the right time for us, Erin respected our decision and always stayed in touch with our family. When we did decide to sell Erin was our one and only choice. We've had bad experiences with realtors in the past so it was important that we go with someone we knew would do an amazing job selling our home. Believe me when I say she definitely lived up to our expectations!!! Outstanding customer service, spot on with the estimating the sales price of the property and great communication (we were selling the home while out of state). Erin's performance was outstanding!! Selling a home while living in another state can be challenging to say the least however with Erin we didn't have to worry. She thought of everything and we trusted she would take care of the things we couldn't take care of due to location. She communicated with us frequently despite the time difference, anticipated our needs and was extremely helpful!

Erin Evans has a great personality and makes a perfect agent to have on your side. I have dealt with several others before who either didn't listen to our wants and needs or who were too pushy. She was polite, considerate and a great listener. I would highly recommend her when buying or selling a home. Thanks again Erin!

From the first meeting Erin was always prepared, helpful and very informative. Erin made the process as a first time home buyer fairly easy and explained to me the whole process from start to finish. She kept me well within my budget and was very thorough and knowledgeable in each home viewing. I am very satisfied with her representation of myself throughout my home buying experience.

I highly recommend using Erin Evans for your realtor of choice; no matter if you are buying or selling she has a vast amount of industry knowledge and experience. I was an off island seller and she immediately stepped right in and took control of what needed to be done with the property, scheduled a handyman, took lots of pictures/videos, and she got the property sold fast! Highly recommended and would use again!

Initially we found Erin online prior to our move to Hawaii in 2012. Without a doubt, she's one of the most amazing realtors in the business. Erin took us to see the homes we had requested including some additional she thought suited our preferences. We found a home in 2 days and she expertly guided us through the process making the whole experience seamless! There was no question who we listed with when we recently had to sell our home. Again, Erin is a top notch performer. We were in Escrow within 10 days. She is not only professional, responsive, and knowledgeable but has the unique ability to instantly befriend those she works with. Her patience, genuine kindness and active listening skills coupled with the lack of pressure are a rare combination in a realtor. Erin is absolutely wonderful!

I have had the pleasure of working with Erin twice now. Her knowledge, work ethic, and communication make her the best person for either buying or selling. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I honestly thought that it was going to be a difficult process to find/purchase a house. It went a lot quicker than I anticipated and Erin met my expectations with flying colors. This is my first house purchase and it was absolutely painless. Over all I am impressed and I am happy with the place I now own. Thank you Erin!
