Awesome agent. Really knowledgeable. Really professional. I went through several potential agents before her that I was really disappointed with, who said they knew what they were doing but then didn't. Erin definitely did. My first purchase with her went fantastic so I came back for a second. Would definitely use her again if the opportunity presents itself.

From our first meeting, she demonstrated a deep understanding of the market and an impressive ability to address all my questions and concerns. I was especially grateful for her keen expertise regarding Military veteran homebuying programs. Erin’s comprehensive knowledge of the available benefits, requirements, and special considerations for veterans made an incredible difference. Her guidance in navigating these programs was invaluable, and I felt truly supported as she patiently explained every detail and advocated on my behalf throughout the process. Her attention to detail, prompt communication, and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I am so incredibly grateful for Erin’s guidance and expertise, I felt confident and supported every step of the way. What truly distinguishes Erin is her genuine care for her clients. She listened carefully to my needs and preferences, ensuring that each recommendation was tailored to my goals.

I’ve bought and sold a few homes before and worked with three different agents in the past. Erin Evans was the fourth, and honestly, she’s the best by far. I wish all agents were like her! She really knows the Hawaii real estate market and always puts her clients first. She’s generous, hardworking, and made me feel completely supported through the entire process. Now I know what to expect from a truly great agent. The next time I buy a home, my standards will be very high because I’ve learned what exceptional service really looks like from Erin. I just hope I can find someone like her in California, if that’s even possible!

Erin Is one of the most patient and understanding agents i have yet to work with. Her understanding of my needs and calm educated demeanor instilled confidence with my transaction.

Erin Evans recently helped us sell our home in Hawaii while we were busy in California, and she really came through for us. From the start, Erin impressed us with her professionalism, local market knowledge, and genuine care. Selling a home remotely can be stressful, but Erin handle things for us from long distance. We encountered several delays/challenges on our end with the property and Erin patiently stuck it out with us and helped us overcome the challenges. She coordinated repairs and showings, and made sure our property looked its best for potential buyers. Erin, she got us very strong offers immediately and got the sale done. If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy, friendly agent who will get no-kidding results, go with Erin Evans.

I've worked with numerous RE agents. Erin was by far the best. She knows her stuff, stayed on top of things, kept me informed and was always available when I had questions.

Erin Evans possesses many admirable qualities, and one that stands out to me is her straightforward approach. She was very open with me about the quality of my home, the current housing market's standing, and where my home evaluation stood. As Erin and I discussed selling my home, she got to know me as a person and shared some of her experiences, which is valuable in learning who the realtor is and the values a realtor has to work with people and enhance the sale of an owner's home. I always felt that Erin had my back!
