Now that we are on the backend of a life changing decision to sell our ‘forever home’ and move from Hawaii to the mainland U.S. we are 100% positive we selected the right agent/agency. That said, our property garnered four qualified, full asking-price offers two days after our first (and only) Open House. Erin and Ron (agent/husband) went above and beyond to help my wife and I – senior citizens - in ways most Realtors would have passed-on. Examples include advertising/selling possessions via social media, an experience unfamiliar to us; volunteering time and transportation to physically remove and relocate personal property to/from temporary storage facilities; arranging for highly qualified craftsmen to work punch list items. Erin even found an alternate home for our prized, aged Koi fish! Erin made herself available to address our questions seven days a week, from morning to evening, throughout entire four month home sale process. As promised when we first met, Erin Evans was there for us, during a genuine life-changing period in our lives. And we could not be any happier than we are with the results.

Working with Erin Evans was a wonderful and eye opening experience into buying a home. My husband and I were first time home buyers and did not fully understand the whole home buying process beyond the basics. Erin was able to explain every part of the process and answer any questions we had. We felt like she was advocating for us every step of the way and looking out for our best interest. I would 100% recommend any one looking to purchase a home to work with Erin. Everything was top notch. It was like we were working with a friend who was also a real estate expert. We ended up getting out of a contract due to a failed inspection and then purchasing the house of our dreams about a month later! Without Erin's support of the process and clear communication in that initial purchasing situation, we may have put off purchasing a house after the first attempt. Thank you, Erin! We love our new home.

Erin took the time to listen and discuss the requirements we had with selling our home. She provided suggestions and feedback throughout the process which resulted in excellent results in the sale of the house.

Erin is AMAZING and we are so thankful for all her hard work. She definitely went above and beyond with handling the purchase & sale of our home. The whole process was well walked through and we felt supported the whole time. She is always helpful, considerate, professional and passionate about what she does. Thanks, Erin!
