She didn't pressure us into anything and was incredibly flexible to meet my wife and I whenever we needed. She was great at negotiating so that we got a closing cost credit from the seller, and we got all of our inspection resolution requests approved. In addition to the amazing work Erin did during the sale, she was also amazing after closing. We had some maintenance hiccups in the house after closing, and Erin continued to do all she could to help us get everything fixed. It is obvious Erin cares about her clients and will go to bat for them at all stages of the home-buying process.
